The Contractor will install NO PARKING signs on your street at least 48 hours before they start work on your street. The signs will have the date and time that you cannot park on the location where they are installed. Please follow the signs and park your cars outside of that area. After the contractor completes the concrete work on your street, all lawn and sprinkler issues are identified and their restoration crew will come in 2-3 weeks to restore your lawn and sprinklers that were disturbed by the construction activity. It is sometimes possible that your lawn is not completely restored because it is too hot for the grass to grow. In those situations, the contractor will come back when the weather is better and will reseed your affected lawn. Please open a ticket if you have this situation. 

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act(ADA), red detectable warning surfaces are installed in each street corner. There are certain grading requirements for the curb ramps on which these surfaces are installed. The red tile comes with a plastic covering from the factory and the contractor usually leave the plastic covering in place till they finish paving the street. This prevents any damage during the paving operation to these surfaces. If you see a plastic covering on these red tiles, they are intentionally left on till the paving is finished. 

The sidewalk and apron is responsibility of the property owner and any repairs that need to be done has to be done by a township licensed contractor. During roadway resurfacing projects, the township may decide to replace some driveway aprons and curbing for no cost to the property owner. But any sidewalk replacement has to be done by the property owner.
